We’ve all read about the potential harm to eyes and sleep patterns that can be caused by too much blue light, as emitted by handheld devices and computer screens.
If you find yourself reading docs in Word for long periods of time you can reduce eye strain by changing your View options.
Go to View | Read Mode. You’ll now get a view that lets you focus more on just the text. Once in Read Mode, choose View | Page Color | Sepia.
To get back to editing the doc, choose View | Edit Document.
