If you find yourself typing the same content in emails over and over again, use can speed things up considerably by making use of Outlook’s Quick Parts.
Perhaps the trickiest part is to remember to use Quick Parts in the Message composer window. To create a Quick Part, first select the text you’ll reuse as a Quick Part. Then:
- Navigate to the Insert tab, then to the Text grouping,
- Choose Quick Parts | Save selection and give the Quick Part a name.
You’ll now see the Quick Part listed in the Gallery.
You can now use Insert | Quick Parts to add the new block of text, or just begin typing it in the composer window. Outlook will offer a visual indication, and you can hit the Enter key to instantly add it to your message.
