In the LAB courses, you learn all about the text paste options.
Sometimes, however, you change your mind long after the text has been pasted. Or you want to remove all formatting before pasting somewhere else. (This can be especially helpful when copying lines of code or building scripts – not movie scripts; scripts read by machines.)
Easy to do. Just select the text, then hit Ctrl+Space Bar, and formatted text becomes plain text. Try it out! Make text bold, or change the color, then select and use Ctrl+Space.
